At Marsh Accounting, the values and objectives of the practice are to employ staff without any bias towards age, gender, disability, faith, sexual orientation, ethnicity, and socio-economic background. The aim is to create a diverse workforce.

We have only published a summary of these results on our website to protect the confidentially of our employees. Although, all results are disclosed to the ICAEW.
