About Us

I specialise in advanced tax planning strategies for both our corporate and personal clients. I have advised clients in status disputes and have successfully advised and defended clients against status disputes with HMRC for many years. I founded our specialist Healthcare Service and regularly speak at events for medical professionals. I also head up our Probate Service, providing advice and support with Estate Administration and Inheritance Tax.

I joined Marsh Accounting in 2010 and have developed my career with the firm, progressing from trainee to manager. I work closely with a wide range of clients, specialising in the medical sector and advising GP practices, PCNs and other healthcare professionals. I particularly enjoy building long-term client relationships, gaining a thorough understanding of their businesses and providing practical advice tailored to their needs. I also have a keen interest in cloud accounting and using technology to improve financial systems and processes.

I joined the firm at the age of 18, straight out of college, and I’ve grown my career here ever since, training, qualifying, and now working as a Client Manager. Over the years, I’ve really enjoyed getting to know my clients and building long-term relationships with them. For me, it’s not just about the numbers; it’s about understanding each client’s goals and helping them feel confident about their finances. Having been with the firm for more than a decade, I’m proud to be part of a team that genuinely cares about the people and businesses we support.

I have worked alongside Charlie and the team since 2016. I assist our clients with a wide variety of tax and accounting issues. My duties include advising clients on business systems and creating efficient, time-saving solutions. I also specialise in accounts and tax advice for medical General Practitioners and other medical professionals, including specialist knowledge of the NHS Pension Scheme.

I have worked closely alongside Charlie since October 2018. I have a wide variety of duties, my main ones being client liaison and support, executive assistant to the management team, and generally making sure everything runs smoothly in front and behind the scenes.

I have been working in payroll since 2017. As Payroll Manager, I oversee all payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll legislation within our busy payroll department. I assist our clients with Automatic Enrolment requirements and have specialist knowledge in the NHS Pension scheme. My focus is on delivering timely, precise payroll services while providing support to our team to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

I joined the firm in December 2019, working with a wide range of clients. I handle all aspects of accountancy and tax, with a keen interest in accounting for doctors. I enjoy supporting clients with their financial and business needs.

I joined the firm in August 2022 and have recently qualified as a Chartered Accountant. I work across accounts, VAT, personal tax and ARRS claims, supporting a variety of clients and helping them navigate their accounting and tax requirements.

I have worked at Marsh Accounting since 2022. Throughout my time with the firm, my duties have continuously developed.  My main duties consist of assisting clients with the preparation of Company Accounts, VAT Returns, Personal Tax Returns, and Bookkeeping. I provide support to the Trainee Accountants by assisting with their training, helping them develop and grow within the firm. I specialise in the provision of Bookkeeping services and Accounts preparation for Medical Professionals.
